This easy beginner’s sewing project is from Sew Mama Sew: Lunch Tote
The old saying the third time is the charm is about one of the truest sayings I know. It only took me three tries to get this one right! See one of my earlier versions here. The big hang-up for me was the drawstring lining but I finally read the pattern and saw I never, ever located the hole in the right place. Until now of course. No wonder I was baffled!
Great tutorial (just make sure to read it) great bag! The lessons on squaring off corners and drawstrings are applicable to any number of projects.
Thanks Ellen Luckett Baker!
